Processing Times
Please allow 24–48 hours for payment verification once your order is placed. Processing time is separate from the shipping time required for your package to arrive.
Pre-Made Items
Pre-Made products are prepared and shipped within the same week your payment is received.
Made-to-Order Releases
For all Made-to-Order items, please allow 3–5 weeks for production and shipment. Production times may vary — please refer to the product description for exact details. This method is used for our most in-demand and limited pieces.
Shipping Carriers
All orders are shipped through trusted third-party carriers, including: USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, and DPD.
To ensure timely delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly and includes all required details such as apartment/unit numbers and postal codes.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
B.HUMBLE LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, all delivery-related responsibilities fall under the carrier.
